Zburător Support Digital Refund and Access Policy
Overview
This Digital Refund and Access Policy explains how purchases, delivery, product access, and refund requests are handled on the Zburător Support website.
Zburător Support provides digital products created for captioning professionals, transcriptionists, accessibility experts, and related service providers. These products may include certification courses, workflow automation systems, terminology reference libraries, professional development planners, and compliance guides.
All products sold through Zburător Support are delivered digitally only. No physical items are shipped. Because digital resources can be made available immediately after purchase and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, all orders are subject to the terms set out in this policy.
Digital Product Delivery
All products available on Zburător Support are delivered in digital format.
After successful payment, access is typically provided immediately or within a short period through a download link, account dashboard, email delivery, protected resource page, or another digital access method used by Zburător Support. A product is considered delivered once the relevant file, link, login information, or access instructions have been made available to the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct email address and any required access details are entered at checkout. Zburător Support is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect customer information.
Final Sale Rule
Because all products sold by Zburător Support are digital products, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.
Digital goods cannot be returned in a meaningful way after they have been delivered, downloaded, or made accessible. For that reason, once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it is treated as a completed purchase and is not normally eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
Limited Refund Exceptions
Refunds are only considered in limited situations where there is a verified issue with the transaction or delivery. These situations include:

a duplicate purchase of the same product

a technical problem that prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved

an incorrect product delivered because of a system error

a corrupted or unusable file that cannot be replaced or corrected
Where one of these situations is confirmed, Zburător Support may first attempt to resolve the issue by restoring access, reissuing the file, replacing the product, or correcting the delivery error. A refund may be considered only where the problem cannot reasonably be fixed through support or re-delivery.
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as changing your mind after purchase, misunderstanding the product, failing to review the product description before buying, or being dissatisfied based on personal expectations not clearly stated on the product page.
Refunds will also not be granted where the issue relates to personal systems, software, workflows, or preferences that were not specifically promised or supported in the product details. Lack of knowledge, lack of experience, or inability to use the product as a result of customer-side limitations does not create a right to a refund.
Customers are expected to review product details carefully before completing a purchase.
Customer Responsibility for Compatibility and Access
Customers are responsible for making sure that the product they purchase is appropriate for their intended use and compatible with their own device, software, browser, and workflow.
Customers are also responsible for maintaining access to purchased products after delivery. Zburător Support is not liable for loss of access caused by customer-side issues such as device failure, accidental deletion, software problems, expired local storage, or unauthorized sharing of account credentials or access links.
License and Use Restrictions
When a product is purchased from Zburător Support, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for its intended professional or educational purpose.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property. Unless Zburător Support gives written permission, customers may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, republish, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit any product, whether modified or unmodified.
Unauthorized sharing of files, login credentials, course access, or protected materials is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property Protection
All digital products provided by Zburător Support are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, sharing, or misuse of product content may result in revoked access, canceled licenses, refusal of future purchases, and further enforcement action where necessary.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with an order, customers should contact Zburător Support first so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after digital access has been granted or delivery has been completed, Zburător Support reserves the right to challenge that dispute using available records, including payment confirmation, order details, delivery logs, and access history.
Where a dispute is found to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with completed digital delivery, Zburător Support may suspend access, revoke licenses, and restrict future purchases.
Product and Policy Updates
From time to time, Zburător Support may update, revise, replace, improve, or discontinue products, access methods, or support materials. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee future updates, additional versions, or continued revisions.
Zburător Support may also update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice to reflect changes in products, service delivery, operations, or legal requirements. Any revised version will be posted on the website, and continued use of the website and its products indicates acceptance of the current version of this policy.
